1. Semi-automatic and manual punching machines must be fitted with a two-hand brake switch, and it is strictly forbidden to press with a foot or one-hand start switch.

2. After adjusting the machine for high punching and after normal punching, close the isolation box (except in the case of product 8065 side inspection and packing).

3. When stamping continuously, employees must not pick up products by hand within 1M of the press.

4. When the technician goes on the die to adjust the machine, only one person can do so, not two.

5. The technician should only be outside the machine, at a distance of not less than 1M.

6. When erecting the mould, the screws must be locked tightly and the machine must be stopped for 4 hours to check if the screws are loose.

7. When a problem arises during the production process and the mould is not unmoulded, and the mould is being repaired directly on the machine, the power must be switched off and a maintenance sign must be hung on the power box before the mould can be repaired.

8. All tools should be returned to the tool box after use, and should not be left on the machine to prevent them from slipping off and injuring people.

9. When the machine is not in production, the power supply must be cut off in time.

10. Use special tools for short workpieces and do not feed or pick up pieces directly by hand.

11. Producers should stand properly, keep their hands and heads at a certain distance from the punching machine, and always pay attention to the action of the punching machine, and gossip with others is strictly prohibited.
